BACKROUND
Assetti is a real estate asset management SaaS platform designed for professionals managing property portfolios. It helps asset managers, investors, family offices, and corporate real estate teams centralize data, analyze performance, and generate reports more efficiently.
CHALLENGE
Had an outdated website running on WordPress. The site’s design felt old-fashioned, cluttered, and failed to communicate Assetti’s value proposition clearly to its different customer segments (asset managers, real estate investors, family offices, and corporate real estate teams).
The navigation was heavy, the content hierarchy unclear, and the storytelling didn’t reflect the updated brand narrative. Calls to action were generic and ineffective, making it harder to convert visitors into demo requests. Maintaining the WordPress site was also inefficient and didn’t allow for the modern, flexible design Assetti needed.
